On May 26 came into force on the new art. 6 of the Consolidated for Building . The new provisions of Article 6 of the Consolidated Law, now in force, divided in particular, ten types of construction projects excluded from the normal rules of qualifying title building (DIA and building permits). Of these ten types of interventions, five are exempt from any formality (subject to industry regulations and requirements of the municipal planning instruments), four are subject to prior notification to the City starting work by the owner of 'property (or other person entitled), and one last type of action (within the scope of maintenance) is subject to both inform the municipality that the submission of a report signed by a qualified technician.
